What this website is
The site describes the handyman and roofing work we do, shows photographs of our own jobs, and gives you a phone number and an email address to reach Jim. It does not take orders, bookings or payments. Nothing on it is an offer to do a particular job at a particular price.
Estimates and quotes
Anything we say about a job before we have looked at it is a rough idea, not a price. A quote becomes binding only when we put it in writing and you accept it. Prices, availability and the work we take on can change without notice.
Photographs
The photographs on this site are of real jobs we did. They show the kind of work and finish you can expect; every house and every job is different, and yours will not look exactly like any of them.
